Foundations is a workshop + flow class

Running over consecutive weeks, the foundations course brings a focus on alignment to your flow.
Have you been doing yoga at home during lockdown, but aren’t sure what poses should really feel like in your body? Newbie to yoga?
This class will focus on explaining alignment so you know how to keep your body safe and happy. Designed for anyone who just wants to strengthen their practice, as well as beginners!
Foundations can be run as a 4 or 6 week course, as a small private or group course. Register your interest to hear about future dates.
Vinyasa flow (expect to sweat)
Duration: 60 minutes
Suitable for all
This is a moderately paced class, open to all.
Designed to help move your body in unexpected ways, this class will be sequenced to keep you guessing and get you into the flow.
Modifications will be provided for different levels, but if you are completely new to yoga, you may find more enjoyment by joining Foundations as a starting point.
Slow flow
Duration: 60 minutes
Suitable for all
This is a slow class, making time to find movement with breath. We find time for alignment, while still creating heat and space through breath and movement.
While different to a fast-paced flow, this class will still challenge you through longer holds, to deeply stretch and lengthen your breath and body.
Bringing together elements of yin yoga and slow flow, this class will rejuvenate you.
